Just turn a little barrel adjuster. Adjusting the front brake cable was more difficult. I would definately buy a new bike from Jenson if I found a good deal. Adjusting the derailluer was easy. Right now, Jenson has a nice closeout deal on Bianchi San Jose's. I've had good experiences with them ordering stuff other than complete bikes, but I've never ordered a complete bike mail-order before. I found your post before I placed my order, and it was enlightening to hear a real customer's experience of getting a bike from them and their "pro build" process. Sounds like it's not a perfect process but can be dealt with if, like you, one has some knowledge of bike mechanics. At least with the single speed I ordered, I won't have to worry about the derailleurs not being tuned right :) Thanks for posting your experience.
