I was too quick to judge in my last post. Once I took a little time I found an easier way to mount them. I placed velcro on the wheel cover, and a small piece on the spokes. this held them in place. The velcro also kept the covers from spinning on the rim and kept the derailleur from touching. They worked GREAT and I would recommend them to anyone. Once I took them off the velcro easily removed from the spokes. I plan on building another wheel and simply leaving them on that wheel till the next race.

I just purchased a set Areo Covers from Wheelbuilder.com. I did have a set of CH for years but they simply wore out. I really liked the outter edge of the CH's over the W/B version. The CH's had a small foam edge which kept them in place. The W/B are just the plastic edge and are even rough cut causing a more difficult time to mount.

I too used a DH cover. I bought mine in 02 and used it a lot. Mine devoloped cracks near the attachment points and just last week I had to trash it. I have mixed feelings about the DH. Mainly it never fit the way I wanted it to. However the price more then made up for it. I am again in the market and doing some searching. Any suggestions would be a big help.
